All of the poems are hand written by David Gate. Typed Poems are hand typed by David on 6x6 Cardstock.

USA Shipping
We aim to ship in 7 Business days. USA orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage. This comes with tracking number which is emailied to you when the shipping label is printed.

Damage & Returns
Each order is custom made, and hand typed. Due to the nature of the custom orders there is a no returns policy. If a USA order is damaged in transit. Please email: davidgatepoet@gmail.com and we will require photo’s so we can send you a replacement and make a claim.

All products are sold in USD.

International Shipping - NO TRACKING
We aim to ship all orders within 7 days. Each typed order is made for you. Once we take it to usps and mail your package, its at the hands of USPS or the receiving country. During busy holiday seasons, packages have been taking 2-3 weeks to arrive. Once it has been handed to USPS we are not able to track your order. From time to time envelopes can go missing with international shipping. We are not able to refund you or resend orders that go missing with no tracking.

International shipping - with tracking

We aim to ship all orders within 7 days. Each typed order is made for you. Once we ship this item at the USPS office, we are given a tracking number. This is then entered into the website and you will recieve tracking for your envelope. Sadly we have no control over how long it takes, but customers have said it can take 2-3 weeks in busy seasons. A shipping email will be sent to you with your tracking number so you can keep an eye out for your package.
